How to clean Edikio Flex & Edikio Duplex printers?

In order to get the most from the printer, cleaning is recommended. We recommend regular cleaning of the different printer parts: rollers and print head.

IMPORTANT: The Edikio Flex and Edikio Duplex require cleaning at 1000 cards. After 1200 card prints without cleaning voids all warranty. A warning flashing light will appear on the printer and a pop-up from the Edikio Print Centre software will appear on your desktop bar.

Do not hesitate to clean the printer in the event of any printing problems or after a long period of inactivity.

Recommended cleaning cycle: Every Ribbon change.

However, we do recommend more regular cleaning if the printer is located in a dusty place or if it is used intensively.

Printer cleaning is carried out from the Edikio Print Centers software, in printer properties “cleaning" section or by using the menu “Tools”, “Printer Cleaning Wizard”.

Edikio Flex & Duplex Start Cleaning

Warning: the "T" shaped card must be used immediately after the bag is opened.
The "T" card is single use. Please use a new card each time you clean.
