Can we make Exceptions?

Sure can. Under some circumstances we are able to waive this minimum order requirement:

• Maybe you have just placed an order and find you need just one or two more of a particular item.
• Perhaps you accidentally broke one of the items you have just received and need a replacement.
• We want to make sure you are happy with your purchases. You can Request Product Samples before placing your main order.

Orders less than $100 cannot be placed through the website. To request an exception please email us. Our staff do not have the authority to approve telephone requests. Your email should include:

• The product name and quantity required. If you include the link to the product and page on this website this will help us.
• Your business name, address and phone number so we can calculate the delivery charges.
• If approved we will reply with a proforma Invoice for prior payment.

If we do approve an order less than $100 there may be an administration and handling fee added to the cost of the order. This is typically $22.00 inclusive of GST.
