When to request a quote

• Prices for Large Order
  All of our product pages include quantity discounts. The more you buy the more you save. These discounts are automatically deducted when you add the products to the Shopping Cart. For larger quantities you should request a quote.
• Prices for Overseas Orders
  Our web site is not currently set up to automatically process orders from overseas. This feature will be added this year. First for NZ followed by Singapore, Fiji and other countries in the Asia Pacific region. In the meant time please email us for prices, availability, delivery costs and lead times.
• Prices for National Retailers, Resellers or Charities
  Including IGA, FoodWorks and Spar
• Orders for Large Bulky Products to be Delivered to Remote or Regional Locations
  We may need to review the delivery costs
• Custom Mad Products

How to request a quote

For small order, you can send a request through this web site. Simply add the products and quantities you require to the Shopping Cart, supply the other requested information and send. This  process does not require you to order the products

Information we will need

It is not possible for us to provide a verbal quotation over the phone. We need time to properly asses prices, appropriate discounts and delivery costs. And check the availability of the products you require. Please email your request for the Quotation.

Please provide the following information with your request:

• Your Business Name
  
• The Business Delivery Address so we can include delivery costs
  
• Your name, landline and mobile phone numbers
  
• A floor plan of the project if appropriate
  
• A detailed list of products and quantities required
