These ribbons for the Edikio Ticket Printers have been designed for easy of use and reliability. They are supplied as a cartridge, simply drop in, click and you're done.

The quality of the ribbons have been thoroughly tested and validated by Edikio's Quality Control and Research asnd Development Department to ensure high print quality and reliability. The ribbons have been designed to maximise the lifespan of the printhead in the printer.

As with the Edikio Tickets, the ribbons are food-contact grade, a feature that does not apply to some other food ticketing systems.

Select from popular white and black ribbon colours. Or be more adventurous, and use coloured ribbons to print on white tickets.

Features

The Edikio Ribbon Cartridges have electronic tags embedded in their housing. This tells the software what type and colour of ribbon is installed in the printer and when it is about to end. This information is viewable through the Edikio Print Centre on your computer.

Both the cartridge and packaging are made from recyclable materials making them easier on the environment.

Tips

There are different ribbons for different Edikio Ticket Printers. Please select carefully. They are not interchangeble.
To maximise the lifespan of your Edikio Ticket Printer and the ribbons use the Edikio Cleaning Kits as suggested in the User Manuals
The Edikio Flex Printer is capable of printing on two different ticket thicknesses, 0.7mm and 0.5mm. Make sure you adjust the thickness lever in the printer to ensure the highest print quality and prevent damaging the printer ribbon.

Monochrome or Full Colour

Standard Edikio Monochrome Printer Ribbons are the cost effective way of creating eye-catching tickets in your fresh food departments. Select from ribbons that print a single colour: black, white, red, blue or green.

Edikio Full Colour Printer Ribbons have been designed to produce the best colour prints on white tickets. In addition to using the standard print colours of yellow, magenta, cyan and black these ribbons apply a protective clear varnish that protects the cards printed elements. The ribbons are capable of reproducing up to 16 million colours with sharp, bright images and clear text. The added features of the Full Colour Ribbons are reflected in their significanly higher price.

Edikio Full Colour Ribbons cannot be used in the Access Printer, only the Flex and Duplex models.
