We have introduced a few Terms and Conditions to clarify how we operate our online busines and to help streamline your orders.

These include:

Minimum Order Value

  • shop4shops.com.au is a business-to-business online business operating on commercial margins.
  • We are unable to process, pack and despatch small orders economically.
  • The minium order value excluding packing and delivery charges is $100.00 inclusive of GST.
  • It may be possible for you to purchase similar products with smaller minimum purchase requirments from businesses like eBay or OfficeWorks.
  • If you have a genuine reason for needing to purchase less than $100.00 please send us an email. Please do not phone on this matter as staff of shop4shops do not have authority to approve orders less than $100.00.
  • If we do accept an order of less than $100.00 there will be an administration and handling fee added to the cost of the order. This is typically $22.00 inclusive of GST

Delivery of Orders

  • We use commercial carriers like TNT to deliver most of our orders. For this reason we are unable to deliver most orders to a Post Office Box or to a residential address. TNT and similar carriers are only able to deliver to a business address that is located in a business delivery zone and is occupied between 9.00am and 5.00pm local time Monday to Friday. If you operate a home based business consider specifying an alternative Delivery Address that meets TNT's requirmeets.
  • The delivery charges calculated by our web site are based on using TNT. For small orders the calculated delivery charges may appear expensive. If we can deliver your order at a lower rate by using Australia Post or similar businesses we will endeavour to do so.
  • In some cases we may be able to deliver orders by Australia Post provided the size of the package is within their size and weight restrictions. Processing and handling of orders to be sent by Australia Post requires additional work. Surcharges may apply.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders to some regional areas, particularly for bulky or fragile orders. Or we may need to increase the packing and shipping charges above those calculated by our web site software. In such cases we will contact you to seek instructions to proceed.
