Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are automatically calculated by our web site

We use TNT Road Express for the delivery of most orders:

  • Cost effective freight rates
  • Delivery to most areas of Australia
  • Tracking of orders
  • Proof of Delivery Signatures if required

TNT Overnight First Class may be used to deliver urgently required orders if it is cost effective to do so. Additional charges may apply.

Toll Transport is used for delivery of large orders like Slatwall Panels

Australia Post and Express Post are used for some orders, particularly small orders buy there are size restrictions that prevent us using Australia Post to deliver most of our orders.

 

 

How much are the Delivery Charges for my order?

Our web site will automatically calculate the delivery charges for your order. These charges will vary depending on the size of your order and the delivery location.

To view the delivery charges:

  • Select the products you wish to order and add them to the Shopping Cart
  • When you have added all of the products you wish to order go to the Checkout. When you are at the Checkout you will be asked for the Delivery location. Once this information is selected you can view the Delivery Charges
  • You do not need to finalise an order at this stage.

Residential Delivery Addresses

Www.shop4shops.com.au is a business to business on-line business.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver most orders to a residential address. The delivery address must be a business address located in a business delivery zone that is occupied continuously between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. One of the main reasons for this is that TNT and our other freighting companies are required to obtain a proof-of-delivery signature.

If TNT are unable to deliver to a particular address because it is unoccupied at the time additional charges will apply.

Under some circumstances we may be able to send some orders by Australia Post but additional delivery charges will apply. Email us for details.

Post Box Delivery Addresses

TNT and our other frighting companies are unable to deliver to Postal Boxes.

Under some circumstances we may be able to send some orders by Australia Post to Postal Boxes but additional delivery charges will apply. Email us for details

Despatch and Delivery Times

Approximate despatch times are shown within the descriptions of each products.

Despatch times may vary if we are out of stock when you place your order. We will contact you for instructions if this happens.

Approximate delivery times are shown when you go to the Checkout and select your delivery address. These vary depending on the size and nature of the products ordered and the delivery location.

Urgent Orders

If you need a particular order urgently email us. Every effort will be made to find a quicker way of arranging delivery.

Deliveries to Some Regional Areas

We reserve the right to decline orders to some regional areas, particularly bulky orders like Slatwall Panels.

Delivery of some fragile product like Glass Shelves and Showcases may not be possible to all areas.

Or we may need to increase the packing and shipping charges above those calculated by our web site software. In such cases we will contact you to seek instructions to proceed
